Tanya Paulson, Massage Therapist
Tanya is a 2007 graduate of the massage therapy program at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. Tanya has extensive massage training and experience, and she is also a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and Certified Lymphedema Therapist. Lymphatic drainage massage is helpful for any trauma experienced in the body including surgery, cancer, pregnancy and more. It’s also helpful for more minor ailments such as allergies, sinus pressure, colds, etc.
Tanya values providing longer sessions that allow enough time for her to focus on specific areas of the body without neglecting others. Tanya creates an environment which invites healing, relaxation, and connection. Rather than calling herself to be a healer, she considers herself to be a facilitator who holds space for her client’s body to heal. With treatment plans, education, and authentic connection, Tanya builds a relationship with her clients based on commitment and trust.
Tanya is originally from North Dakota and moved to Minnesota in 2006. Outside of the clinic, Tanya can be found surrounded by yarn and crochet projects or at the chain of lakes in Minneapolis, walking, jogging or reading a book.
Tanya currently sees clients Monday-Thursday at our Minnetonka location.
