Rachael (She/Her) is an Usui Reiki Master offering services at our Minnetonka location. She is passionate about healing, awareness, truth, intention, and growth.  She brings that passion to her practice in order to create a space where clients feel heard and can trust to experience a unique and personalized session.

Her education and experience have given her the necessary tools and wisdom to treat a wide variety of conditions/issues. Rachael has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology, is an Usui Reiki Master and is a certified Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, & NBC-HWC Board Certified Health Coach. She has training in craniosacral therapy and Healy micro current and frequency as well. Craniosacral and Healy can be incorporated into a Reiki session with Rachael which adds even more depth to her service offerings.

Reiki is “holistic” because it affects the whole person – body, mind and spirit – encouraging deep relaxation and a sense of well-being, and assisting the physical body’s own healing ability to operate more effectively and efficiently.

Reiki balances and heals on four levels:

  • Physical: the physical body and any pain or illness
  • Emotional: what you are feeling and experiencing
  • Mental: thoughts and attitudes
  • Spiritual: your capacity to love yourself and others unconditionally

A session with Rachael is an intentional experience. She and SuNu offer a safe space for  healing and release. Clients may experience visuals, imagery, colors, emotional release, sensations, etc. Rachael’s main goal is to hold space for clients and allow them to identify and feel into whatever they are working through or processing at that time. She invites clients to invite in awareness, lean into more intentional living and cultivate stronger connections between mind, body and soul.
