Mariah Wolfe, Massage Therapist

Mariah (she/her) is a massage therapist with an Associate of Applied Science degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She describes her work as intuitive, collaborative, and intentional. She values the trust clients place in her and is continually inspired by their resilience and commitment to understanding their bodies. Mariah is committed to supporting clients in regulating their nervous systems and restoring balance. She offers compassionate, individualized care that meets each person where they are. Her clientele includes elders, athletes, individuals recovering from major life events, and those looking to build or strengthen a sustainable self-care practice.

Curiosity about how pain presents and adapts within the body guides Mariah’s approach, as she continues to expand her skills and collaborate closely with SuNu’s multidisciplinary team. Her toolkit includes Swedish/relaxation massage, trigger point therapy and intraoral work to support concerns such as TMJ dysfunction, lower back pain, and headaches. She personalizes each session based on client goals and feedback.

Grounded in safe, trauma-informed touch, Mariah supports clients in reconnecting and feeling more at home in their bodies. At the heart of her work is a commitment to contributing to the wholeness of others.
