Dr. Hlikaj Xiong, Chiropractor
Dr. Hlikaj, pronounced, “Leeka” came to chiropractic through her love of helping others. She grew up in Blaine, Minnesota and graduated from St. Catherine University with a degree in Public Health. After graduating, she worked in community outreach focusing on connecting underserved communities with health and food resources. While working with these communities she became aware of the mistrust that these communities had in western medicine, which then sparked her interest in holistic care and led her to pursue chiropractic. She says, “The thought of being able to help improve the health of others with my hands fascinated me.”
What first drew me to SuNu was the population base that they serve. I’ve always had a passion for serving and empowering women and children. Additionally, as I researched the company, I came to resonate with the culture and values at SuNu. The values at SuNu are not only guiding principles for amazing patient care, they also include values that are important for personal growth for the providers and staff that work here. After being able to spend some time at SuNu, I quickly realized that this is an environment that I can flourish in and become the best provider that my patients are seeking and deserve.

“What can people expect when working with me? To be on a journey to a healthy, vibrant life with a trusted partner in a safe and empowering environment. Visits are always patient-centered, checking in with the mind and body to determine the personalized care for that day. Gentle and intuitive treatments will be provided to improve both physical and emotional health. I believe in providing person-centered healthcare that feels like a partnership. Doing so allows for patients to become empowered to be and feel involved in their health journey which includes treating the whole self: mind, body and spirit. My care looks to the root cause of what my patients are experiencing at that moment in time; and instead of putting band-aids on health concerns, we will be addressing the root cause directly and work on restoring the body’s ability to heal itself.”
Dr. Hlikaj currently sees patients at our Linden Hills location.
