Dr. Emma Johnson, Chiropractor

Dr. Emma (She/Her) sees patients at the Minnetonka office. SuNu is thrilled to have her on the Chiropractic Team. With 800+ hours interning in both our Minnetonka and Linden Hills offices, Dr. Emma is deeply connected to our SuNu community.  It is an honor to be the place she has chosen to launch her chiropractic practice.

Dr. Emma has always been passionate about nature, exploration and activity. It is no surprise she has chosen to start a career in holistic health medicine. Her love of horseback riding, hiking and traveling help to keep her connected to her adventurous side, while her interest in nutrition and overall health and wellness satiate her need to be of service and make the world a better place.

She joins the team with impressive credentials and experience. In addition to her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University, she is ICPA Webster certified, has completed Dynamic Body Balancing Levels I & II with Dr. Carol Phillips, as well as Level I Reiki training. Dr. Emma brings her experience and diverse skills to deliver tremendous care to her patients. Her special areas of interest include perinatal care, pediatrics, caregivers, teens and athletes.

As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Emma is driven to offer thorough yet focused holistic care that is tailored to each and every individual. Clients can expect gentle, yet precise spinal and extremity adjustments, with their safety and comfort being her first priority. Dr. Emma commits to providing care that is harmonious with what she finds during visits and what her patient’s body is telling her it wants. This allows the body to take the lead in its own innate healing. In addition to experiencing thorough chiropractic care, clients can expect to be met with a smile, a safe space to land, and healing laughter.

When asked, “why SuNu?”, Dr. Emma responds, “From everything that SuNu stands for to all of the team members and clients that I have connected with, everything about SuNu feels like home. I set out with a dream of offering holistic, multidisciplinary, heart forward care. SuNu exceeds my dreams and what I thought was possible on every level.”.>

When Dr. Emma isn’t working, she is likely diving into the latest nutrition-related research, spending time with friends and family, or hiking the state parks with her dog, Zia.

Dr. Emma cannot wait to meet you and is excited to join you on your journey to wellness. She currently sees patients at our Minnetonka location.
