Abby, Administrative Team Lead

Abby (She/They) is the Admin Team Lead at SuNu Wellness’s Minnetonka location, where she focuses on creating a warm, collaborative environment for clients and staff. Abby has a strong background in leading teams, working in holistic wellness settings and as an alcohol and drug counselor. She has many years of experience primarily working with women and families and the LGBTQ+ community. Abby brings together systems thinking, compassionate leadership, and a deep belief in the power of healing-centered spaces in her role at SuNu Wellness. They are especially committed to fostering belonging, reducing barriers to care, and strengthening the relational foundation that allows both clients and teams to thrive. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with community and furry friends, tending her garden in warmer months, being outdoors as much as possible all year round, and contributing to collective change towards a regenerative future.
