Dr. Susan Quigley, DC, Owner, Founder
Dr. Susan is the owner and founder of SuNu Wellness Center. She was first exposed to chiropractic care at a very young age, receiving her first adjustment at age two. Her family experienced many wonderful benefits from alternative medicine, preventing them from enduring invasive and complicated medical treatments such as ear tubes, inhalers for asthma, and surgery. Dr. Susan incorporates nutrition and quantum integration to help you achieve holistic health.

 

Dr. Elizabeth Gingrey, Chiropractor, Owner
Dr. Liz is a board certified Chiropractor and owner of SuNu Linden Hills. Liz really enjoys spending time getting to know her patients and their vision for their health and wellness. She dedicates time and energy to each and every patient; hoping to meet all of their needs and wellness goals. You will definitely feel well cared for with Dr. Liz.

Dr. Tiffany’s passion for helping others started at an early age and she knew she wanted to work in the health field. Now it is her mission to provide an alternative, holistic approach to overall health and well–being.  She understands how good health helps enable people to achieve the most in their everyday life.  She helps to meet her patient’s healthcare goals by customizing treatment plans with chiropractic and chiropractic acupuncture.

 

Dr. Kayla Baldwin, Chiropractor 
Dr. Kayla has known that she wanted to be a chiropractor since the age of eight and her love of chiropractic has only grown since then. She has witnessed many of her family members using chiropractic care to restore proper alignment, relieve pain and ultimately to bring them optimal health. Her hope is to help her patients live their healthiest and happiest lives no matter their age or background.

 

Dr. Cailin Shurson, Chiropractor 

Dr. Cailin’s has taken special interest in how the body moves & improving that movement, which has been strengthened through her study of Yoga. She utilizes a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, yoga & active care to get her patients out of pain & back to participating in their lives in a meaningful way. She is a huge proponent of self-care & giving patients homework to support them between visits.

 

Dr. Courtney Casper, Chiropractor 

During her studies at the University of Tampa, Dr. Courtney heard an amazing testimonial from a doctor about the healing power of chiropractic care with children. The realization that the body is capable of healing itself when proper spinal alignment is restored led her to change her focus to become a Chiropractor. During her time as an intern at SuNu, Dr. Courtney discovered a passion for women’s health and providing prenatal care for women. Dr. Courtney is working to bring the vision of SuNu out to the community by providing care through home visits and in the workplace.

Carey Velenchenko, L.Ac, M.Om, Dipl. Ac., NCCAOM

Carey Velenchenko has had 12 years of experience treating clients in a wide variety of settings including: private practice, total wellness, and adolescent and adult residential programming for the treatment of eating disorders. Carey’s experience has given her the necessary tools to treat a wide variety of symptoms including depression, anxiety, digestive issues, pain and injuries, infertility, auto-immune disorders, migraines, and fibromyalgia. Carey is passionate and committed to working with patients of all ages and in all stages of illness, recovery, and wellness.

Deborah Walters, CCH, ND

Deborah brings to SuNu 15 years of clinical experience, education & training in Naturopathy and Homeopathy. She graduated from Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy and also completed the “100 hours mastery course” from the Other Song Academy in India with Dr. Rajan Sankaran’s team specializing in clinical mastery. Deborah completed her studies for traditional naturopathy at Clayton College of Natural Health, emphasizing nutrition, supplements and herbalism and received her degree as a Doctor of Naturopathy. In addition to these services, situational consultations are offered for specific client needs and dealing with challenging life issues. Her hallmark is getting to the core of the issue without losing sight of the whole picture, challenging your patterns of thinking and perceptions. The goal of Deborah’s sessions will be to remove barriers to your happiness and freedom in life whether emotional, mental or physical. Together, we’ll create a plan to strengthen your body’s innate ability to heal.

 

Anna Headshot square Anna Hagen, MA, LMFT
Anna Hagen received her undergrad in Clinical psychology. After spending time in New Zealand, she moved back to Minnesota to study Marriage and Family Therapy at St Mary’s University. Anna is EMDR certified and has a trauma informed focus. Anna’s areas of interest include co-occurring disorders, trauma informed care, gender specific concerns including body image, shame and self-esteem as well as the impact of addiction, trauma, and mental health on the family system.

 

Vian Gredvig MSW, LICSW
Vian earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Luther College and her Masters in Social Work at the University of Minnesota, specializing in Clinical Social Work. She has broad work experience that includes residential treatment, foster care, and school social work. For the last 18 years, Vian has been working as an Outpatient Clinical therapist for one of the local major Health systems. In that role, she has had extensive experience with a wide variety of mental health issues. In this role, she has provided individual, couples and family therapy. Vian’s belief is that life is a journey and we all come across challenges that can be difficult to go through alone. We can become stuck and unable to make progress. Vian has a supportive, collaborative approach and will work with you to build on your strengths and increase coping skills.

  Jeanne Knutson – Massage Therapist
Jeanne is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.  She studied at Northwestern Health Sciences University where she was professionally trained in Swedish Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Oncology, Hydrotherapy as well as Relaxation Massage. She is also a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist. Jeanne believes in thoughtful, individual and compassionate care, and enjoys problem solving with people and positively contributing to their health. Her philosophy is to fit treatment to the individual and their goals.

 

Erin Hanlon, CMT

Erin comes to us with over 12 years of experience, including great skill and focus in deep tissue work and pre/post natal massage. Erin has worked in a variety of settings including chiropractic clinics, wellness centers and spas. Since her massage studies, she has added to her skill sets: training as a Doula, Chakra balancing, Jin Shin Acutouch, Pregnancy massage training, Lymphatic balancing and Essential oil therapies. All of this speaks to a strong ability to read your body and to know exactly how to help you on your healing journey. Whether it is relaxation, stress release or focused deep tissue rehab work, Erin will take very good care of you.

 

Katie Hanlon, CMT

Katie’s clients come to her for relief from chronic issues and to make structural changes to soft tissue. Katie’s clients return often for her ability to professionally identify and respond to each client’s needs. Katie has a long history with team sports and associated injuries and their rehabilitation. Her clientele range from chronic pain and injury to relaxation and spa treatments. Her diverse set of skills allow her to treat the root of each client’s issues by combining eastern and western practices of massage with a strong understanding of anatomy. She thrives on being able to work with others as a team, whether its collaborating with clients or other professionals.

Nicole Duxbury

Nicole is a Shiatsu massage therapist who integrates techniques from her training in CranioSacral Therapy, Swedish massage and Reiki. She enjoys the intuitive nature of bodywork and appreciates its role in facilitating a sense of wholeness: physically, emotionally and spiritually.  She sees individual healing as interwoven with humanity’s collective well-being. She has a client-centered approach and believes in each body’s innate healing wisdom.

 

Leslie Kenny, COBT
 Leslie is certified in oriental body work, massage therapy and reflexology. Her sessions integrate her extensive training in CranialSacral Therapy, Healing Touch, hot stone massage, infant and pre/post-natal massage.  She looks forward to seeing you at SuNu Linden Hills and hopes to help you reach your wellness goals.

Kalli Naglus – Client Care Coordinator
Kalli’s background in Exercise Science gives her a perspective on human physiology and the importance of how human biomechanics directly relates to injury, injury prevention and illness. This is why she loves SuNu’s vision for collaboration and holistic health care. She is excited to be a part of this team and looks forward to helping others gain education and success in their journey to health.

 

 

Heather Lindeborg – Administrative Lead
Heather works as a personal trainer, assisting her clients in reaching their fitness and wellness goals. She believes in programs tailored to work with individuals and their specific needs. Heather serves as SuNu’s Front Desk Manager and Administrative lead, brining a sharp eye for systems and a knowledge and passion for wellness. SuNu is grateful to have such a capable and flexible team player on their Business Team. When she’s not helping lead the team at SuNu she loves to travel, spend time in nature,and  explore all that the cities have to offer.
