Nutrition Coaching often includes making small, gradual changes to diet and lifestyle that work for you. Paige aims to make this process as stress-free as possible. She will provide a full dietary analysis as well as example meals and other resources to make sure you feel empowered and excited about the steps you are taking for better health.
Who Should Try Nutrition Coaching at SuNu?
Clients that would benefit from Nutrition Coaching include anyone with food sensitivities or gut health symptoms, allergies, mental health concerns like anxiety or depression, diabetes mellitus, weight or fitness concerns, chronic illnesses, autoimmune disease, hormone imbalances including metabolism, thyroid, adrenal, or reproductive hormones, and anyone who simply wants to feel their best!

What Should I Expect from Nutrition Coaching with Paige?
As a nutrition professional and someone who has struggled with their health, Paige doesn’t prefer to use extreme or restrictive diets with her clients. You will take small steps and set realistic goals where you still get to enjoy your favorite foods. Every food can have a place in a healthy diet, and it’s still very possible to meet health goals and reduce symptoms using small adjustments and therapeutic foods and supplements when needed. At SuNu, we believe health at every weight is possible, and that it’s extremely important to take mental health into account when making adjustments to your diet and lifestyle. Removing the stress of figuring out what to eat for your health goals can be freeing and does not have to be a huge project that you have to wade through alone!
Practically speaking, you can expect to meet with Paige for 60-75 minute intake session to get a full review of your health history and goals. After that, Paige recommends at least four sessions over two months to solidify changes and develop skills.
