Meet Jamie!

Jamie joins the Acupuncture Team in Minnetonka!

Jamie Wilcox is a Chinese Medicine practitioner, nationally board certified and licensed by the Minnesota Medical Board.

Jamie has experience treating a wide variety of concerns from stress and anxiety to NFL athletes, but her primary passion is women’s health. Jamie’s treatment philosophy is to treat the root cause of your concerns and to gently encourage balance in your body. Regardless of where you’re at on your health and wellness journey, it is her promise that she will always meet you where you are and coach you to where you want to be.

Areas of specialization include:
Painful periods/dysmenorrhea, irregular periods, menstrual migraines, reproductive endocrine disorders (PCOS, endometriosis), fertility/infertility, prenatal and post-partum, menopausal symptoms, dermatology (acne, psoriasis, eczema), digestive conditions, and more!

New Products at SuNu!

Organic Elderberry Syrup!
Locally made in Minnesota by Elderberry Queen.

We can't get enough of this delicious immunity boosting supplement!

Health benefits of the elder plant include naturally improving colds, the flu, sinus issues, nerve pain, inflammation, chronic fatigue, allergies, and  constipation. When used within the first 48 hours of onset of symptoms, the extract has actually been found to reduce the duration of the flu with symptoms being relieved on an average of four days earlier.

It gets better. When it comes antioxidant power, elderberry is higher in flavonoids than blueberries, cranberries, goji berries and blackberries.
