SPRING into Health...

Say goodbye to any bad winter health habits and get your body and mind recharged for the new season with these 5 tips from your SuNu team:

1.) Spring Cleaning from the Inside Out!  Nutritional detoxing and cleansing are great methods to boost your energy, immunity, and over all health!  Spring is a great time to cleanse your body of anything that may have built up over the winter months and to kick your body into gear for a healthy and active spring!  There are many detox methods so we can help you find the one that is right for you and your goals!  To learn more be sure to come to our FREE event on March 16th and/or schedule a visit with Vicky Luedtke here at SuNu Wellness Center!

2.) Get Ouside! The days are getting longer and the thermometer is creeping up so start enjoying it!  Wear layers and get out of the house... even if it's just for a walk around the block, or some yard work!  Fresh air boosts immunity, clears out your lungs, increases energy, and actually makes you happier!!  And it's FREE!  Have trouble getting motivated?  Consider and outdoor group fitness program!  Coming to SuNu in April!

3.)
